Paella is originally a Valencian and now typical Spanish dish. There are several variations of paella.
The Paella "Ciega" is our most common and includes: boneless chicken thighs, squid rings, mussels,
shrimps, peppers, onions and beans.
Paella is expandable with a starter and dessert or as part of a buffet.
