Paella is a popular dish.
The paella will be prepared on location “show cooking” where your guests can see the chef at work and ask questions.
Paella is originally a Valencian and now typical Spanish dish.
There are several variations of paella.
The Paella “Ciega” is our most common and includes:
boneless chicken thighs, squid rings, mussels, gambas, bell pepper, onions, garlic and green beans.
AS WELL IT IS POSSIBLE TO ORDER THE FOLLOWING PAELLAS:
— Fish paella with swordfish/shark, squid rings, mussels, gambas, bell pepper, onion, garlic and green beans —
— Meat paella with chorizo, boneless chicken thighs, pork, bell pepper, onion, garlic and green beans —
— Vegetarian paella with green asparagus, champignons, bell pepper, onion, garlic and green beans —
— Arroz negro with sepia, squid ink, fish stock, bell pepper, onion and garlic —
You can only order a paella, or as part of a course menu or buffet.
Price of the paella depends on the number of persons.
